WORKSHOP Thursday, December 19 @ 6:30pm EST | Virtual & REcorded
Honoring Our Boundaries
A 1-hour workshop to reconnect to your body's wisdom so you can stop people pleasing and build the truly intimate and meaningful connections you desire
Join us for an informative and cozy 60-minute workshop that will support you in feeling more connected in mind, body, and soul in order to create and maintain boundaries that will allow you to show up authentically in your life and in your relationships without the people pleasing or stonewalling.
I'm Curious…
Are you a people pleaser who often feels like you take on the weight of other people's emotional burdens, leaving you feeling exhausted and resentful?
Do you tend to avoid conflict or intimate relationships altogether because it feels like too much work to uphold healthy connections?
Are you longing for intimacy both within your Self and in your relationships, but often feel like you have to choose between your own needs or other people's, leaving you feeling unseen and unheard?
What can you expect?
In this workshop I will guide explorative exercises and teach educational information on what boundaries are, and what they are not. Together we'll adventure into our own boundaries and how they are experienced within the body so you can be super clear on when your boundaries are being violated, and how to honor them.
Our society often celebrates people - especially women - who are boundary-less. We need to uphold the “good girl” role in order to take care and please others. Often this leads to burn out, walls that keep us isolated from others, resentment, and a complete disconnection from our true needs.
You’ll leave feeling reassured and at peace knowing that you are capable of creating and maintaining the boundaries with your Self and others that will support you in healing these relational patterns and expectations.
for $25, we'll cover:
The 4 types of boundaries
And how you can identify them in your life and where you might be deficient.
Finding Clarity in your needs
Boundaries are about being super clear on your needs. We'll do experiential exercises and move through prompts that will support you in gaining clarity on your own needs and boundaries.
How to Uphold and communicate your boundaries
We'll explore how best to communicate these boundaries to ourselves and others, explore the importance of flexibility in our boundaries, and how to bounce back when a boundary is not upheld
A mixture of educational knowledge across different modalities
